Aura Care – Shipping Policy (South Africa)

1. Shipping Provider

Aura Care uses Aramex Door-to-Door courier services to deliver all products safely and securely to your doorstep within South Africa. All shipments are traceable, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery takes 8 to 11 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales promotions).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and are based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order and a separate email when your items have been shipped with tracking information.

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the products have been handed over to the courier.
  • Aura Care is not liable for delays caused by Aramex, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We will, however, assist with tracking and resolving any shipping issues in collaboration with Aramex.

6. Delivery Exceptions

  • If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, you may be required to cover additional shipping costs.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • All items are shipped with care, but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of expected delivery.
  • We will investigate with Aramex and work to provide a replacement or refund, where applicable.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Aura Care ships only within South Africa.
  • International shipping may be considered in the future; details and policies will be updated on the Site if available.

9. Legal Disclaimer

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery:

  • Aura Care is not legally liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, customs inspections, strikes, or other events outside our control.
  • This disclaimer is in line with South African consumer law, provided we have made all reasonable efforts to dispatch your order and provide tracking.
